Went there in November and February. There is about 5% different stuff there now and still as cramped as ever. Beggars with babies are bad (both times) but traders are willing to barter and not expensive. We never miss a visit and always seem to buy something.
HINTS
1. Go to the toilet before you go
2. wear a smelly on your collar.
3. Ignor the beggars
Enjoy all of bali. It's part of bali so visit and see the other side of life.
