Tour / Driver, Entrance Fee confusion

Am off for the 1st time Sunday week, I have been looking at tours etc most of which offer for example Rp450.000 which includes Car, Driver & Petrol.... or the other option is Rp375.000 which includes Car, Drive, Petrol & Entrance Fees (Excludes Dance & Lunch)

Does anyone know what these other "Entrance fees" are if they dont include shows etc. Are they like National Park Entrance Fees? Whats the cost of Entrance Fees?

Its confusing the hell out of me... :/
