I think you will find that the flat pack kitchens manufactured in Indonesia (usually in Surabaya or Djakarta) are not made with moisture resistant board as they are in Australia.Any substantial leaking of moisture,for instance a leak under the sink, and the board will swell up and rapidly fall apart.We manufacture kitchen cabinets made from teak, normally not knock down but I guess it would be possible.Also the price for teak is quite a bit higher.My email is open if you would like more info.
