The entire airport is being re-developed.The estimated completion time is late next year to be ready for the APEC summit.I wouldn't be getting too excited about it being ready by then though.Considering the scale of the work being undertaken disruptions have been pretty minimal.You still book a taxi at the same booth just outside international arrivals and the distance to walk to a taxi has barely changed at all.Besides a bit of physical exercise after getting off a long cramped flight will do everyone the world of good.
