In September and would not dream of staying there again. Rest at beach end of MBR has been there for years. They just changed things around a bit. I don't know why you would have trouble with staff anywhere let alone the MBR I think one of Bali,s main attributes is how good the staff are no matter where you go. Cheers Dave
