If you're only after a couple of braids, I would not pay more than 50,000 rp for them. That's probably too much but just depends on what they do.
Those boats, are they the ones you see on the beaches everywhere and they take the surfers out? If so, I've been out a few times on those boats and I think we paid 200,000 for a few hours and there was 5 of us. You may get it cheaper, but that's just what we paid.
