there is no way it will ever be as quiet as after the 1st bomb! they just trying to get u to pay more! maybe the streets are quiet in legian, seminyak,kuta, but as someone said in an earlier post, it is because people are discovering that there is more to bali then the bar/beach scene in kuta/legian!
