Rama is on a side road to the coast from the main road. Think there were a couple of warungs on side road. Otherwise walk up to main road, turn right and next hotel is Lotus (not the Lotus restaurant which is in CD proper)you can eat there. Further on is turnoff left to Tenganan. There is a bakery just up the road.
Otherwise see my post yesterday....most restaurants offer a free pick up and drop back from CD.
