both are in Sanur. Jenny's is located in the first lot of markets along the beach, turn left from Besakih swimming pool and keep walking. You can't miss the markets. Tootsie is further along in the second lot of markets. Tootsies Restaurant is at the front, shop behind it. Jenny's had more stock and was slightly cheaper.
If you are looking for clothes try Sarina, just about opposite Jenny's. She will dress you to suit age and size.
Enjoy Besakih, we have just checked out, loved it. If you see a little white beach dog who wears a yellow Rabbies collar, she has been vaccinated, she is very sweet and loyal, give her a Love. The locals don't like her and she is not fond of them but loves tourists. Wished I could take her home :)
