About 12 months ago a friend and I did the cooking school through Cafe Wayan. We booked the night before at the restaurant and we were the only ones to do the course. It's at their sister restaurant and was amazing. The food we cooked was the best ever. It was very hands on and I definitely reccommend.
When you book, ask how many they have as they do a morning and an afternoon session. You might get to be lucky enough to have the whole course to yourselves.
