We were there in January and both he and his wife have moved around the corner,just past the Secret Garden Hotel (pub) and on the right...practically opposite the Kuta Townhouse Apartments.
Another good one in Poppies1 is the last money changer on the right just before you get to the Kuta Puri Hotel heading to the beach ...used him for years and very reliable.
