had some controversial feedback at the time and the legitimacy of it is still in question. Glenda it is 3 years old and thefts can and do happen in all types of hotels. If cleaners can do this to locked luggage, you can be sure the Vilisari is not the only place it is happening so I see no reason to change hotels.
All you can do is make sure you have no valuables in suitcases and keep a note of all in room safes.
