It took about an hour to get from Seminyak to Nusa Dua, so book your driver for 10am (you don't want to be late for cocktails!) If you arrive a bit early, you can always wander around St Regis's spectacular grounds.
The brunch was sensational; food and service were second to none. Next time around, I'll lash out and take the wine package too.
Oh, word of warning: either pre negotiate a price for the round trip, or make sure your driver turns his meter off if he's going to wait for you. Our driver was a sneaky little sod who kept the meter running, even though specifically asked to turn it off. The round trip was exorbitant. Oh well, at least I had the satisfaction of seeing karma in action that afternoon!
