We had a friend's 40th at Seaside last August, just north along the beach path from LBH. The top level is open air and has a big screen showing movies, so it's very kid friendly. Though there are some stairs to get up there (and down to the loo) so that will be a factor for anyone with bad knees or hips etc? Big and varied menu, so there's something there for everyone too.
We got them to organise the cake for us, so didn't have to worry about picking it up, taking it there etc. Think it was about $30-ish for a fantastic black forest cake with message on the top that easily fed a dozen of us. No doubt they could do a smaller one.
