We've booked to stay at the Hyatt. We looked for similar facilities as we have two teens to entertain.'
The Hyatt has tennis courts and a gym as well. I believe they also have one of those large chess sets and a pool table.
Meets most of your requirements though we are paying more than $100 per room.
I also understand the rooms are dated and they are planning a major renno next year. Look at the reviews on trip advisor for more info.
