For Padang Bai / CD trip...several hotels at eastern end of PB. In CD Lots of good restaurants - mainly just east of the lagoon. By all means travel on to Ujung or Tirtagangga. Just north of Tirtagangga some wonderful views of rice terraces.
Lovina is not a single place but a series of villages over several kilometers. Main one is Kalibukbuk. I was disappointed with most restaurants there. The Thai one mentioned below probably the best. Halfway to Lovina is lake Beratan (sp?) worth a look
