It happens about once every 6 months or so in south Bali.
Suddenly the police have a crack-down where they raid the DVD stores and confiscate the pirate DVDs.
At that time, it's impossible to find a pirate DVD, only originals at a premium price. After a week or so, the shops are all back in business.
