very small fixed price shop with good prices. In South Kuta.
It is on the main road (Jl Kartika Plaza) between Dynasty Hotel & Centro Discovery Mall. Same side of road as WaterBom.
If you head there from WaterBom, you go south (towards the airport)past Bamboo pub (accross from Discovery), then about 100m? further up you will pass a newish looking hotel with a big sign on the roof saying "Asian Cuisine" (opposite the entry to Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel. Black and White is about the 3rd shop after the hotel. It is next to a minimart (dont remember which one). Small "Black & White" written on the top of the door.
I hope the directions make sense. It looks more like a small minimart at the front (mainly food & drinks). The clothes, headphones, bags etc are at the back.
