I took my Mum a year ago, with a foot injury. She needed wheelchair through the airports. Another larger gentleman was really disabled, and we arrived having to climb down the stairs then up into the bus. My Mum was ok down the stairs with a few people helping her. They virtually had to carry the other guy down, very hairy........ was scary to watch it.
