I haven't had my hair done there but have been twice for gel nails. Once for an urgent repair of a nail that snapped down on the nail bed (painful) - repair done with acrylic and gel. And another time for an infill that was needed during a 1 month stay.
Both times the job was done well, and the girl took her time and did a fantastic job of making the nails even etc, but the products were not any brand that I had heard of, so not the same used by any Australian nail tech that I've been to.
Prices were similar to what I paid at home for same service with better products.
I don't know what products they use for hair colouring though.
