It's less than a kilometre from Jalan Raya Ubud just to the north of Ubud central, so maybe a 15-20 minute walk to the markets.
Obviously I can't really comment on it just yet as this will be my first time there but ALL of the previous reviews have been great and it looks really nice in the photos.
It's $85 per night in low season or $525 per week ($75 per night) which includes a cooked breakfast and a housekeeper/maid to clean daily and do your washing if required.
