We've been to Jimbaran a few times and recently ate at Restaurant Leah twice. Tell them your staying at Ellies at Nusa Dua and know David and Caroline (the managers as they send all the guests there) and you seem to not get killed with the bill! I've been dudded by bemo and taxi drivers before who take you to one that may or may not give them a commission and hence it seemed expensive. I'm sure many others on the forum will have a restaurant that they prefer and most menus are similar. Be aware there rats, lots of them, maybe more than I've seen in other parts of Bali however they've never bothered me and I've not troubled them. The fish markets are a great night out and if you get a clear night the sunset is unforgettable. Selamat makan!
