Check out these girls in this Kuta store called SOLE. Dont know about certified but certainly provide an awesome service including hair washing, facials, foot massages, relaxation massage too. They are on the same road as Hard Rock Hotel where the Starbucks is, however if you walk further down the road (away from the hotel and starbucks) it is just on the right. Light blue signange. Can't remember much more than that except they are really good!
