We attended 'A Taste of Bali' and it was really good. Location was in the people's 'compound' and the chef's name is Mr Artoong. Very nice man. We also learned to make Temple offerings and to weave a rice basket from a coconut leaf which we cooked our own rice in. One of the lady's name who taught us this is Wayan. They are such sweeties and I strongly suggest that you don't eat breakfast before you go. We asked them to stop cooking, we didn't eat the desserts cos we were full as boots!
