I bought some a year or so back..I found them at a little handicraft store..The ones that sell the soaps and aroma-therapy oils tend to have them.
As far as quality goes..The ones that I bought were a little dangerous at the tiny nib thing that is enclosed in the candle, came out and got wedged in my ear lol. I haven't seen any good quality ones, such as the Hopi brand, that you find in health stores in Australia..
