Munduk, Batukaru, Sembirinteng. Belimbing. Sanda. Payangan. Sidemen. Pemuteran. Amed. The last two are beach areas - not sure if you class these as rural, but very quiet. They are all names of places so you can start researching accommodation.
Damai (hotel) in the hills/mountains behind Lovina is lovely.
