More space is the first pro that comes to mind, also more facilities such as own cooking facilities and more privacy. A lot of people, I for one, enjoy shopping, cooking and making some meal during our stay. We also enjoy dining out but by having a Villa I can make the choice. Only con I can see is a Villa is generally a little more pricy as your need to factor in the convenience of having the pros.
