In Legian, (down the beach road from where you are staying) has a smallish patch of grass and a swing type of thing and I think a playhouse. Maybe more equipment now since we havn't stayed there for a number of years. Could have some games on the grass with a ball or whatever.
I'm sure it would be ok to use the facility if you were to buy somthing to eat or drink from the restaurant.
