You can buy it over the counter at chemists everywhere and it is brilliant. It is a probiotic thingy that attaches itself to nasties so they don't get into your system - focuses on ecoli which is the big problem. You take it before every meal while you are away and it is great. My husband always has a shakey tummy in Bali and so has been reluctant to venture far from the hotel. Not this time! Yay!!! Try it. Our friend took it on an African trip and was the only one not to come down with belly trouble. He gave some of his travelan to his friends and they got better.
