Bali over a 30 year period.
Once was at the Bali Oberio and the second was at Casa Luna. On both occasions I did not apply my usual standard of avoiding seafood or salads because I thought that an expensive restaurant would have a better standard of hygiene.
I've eaten at every food cart and roadside stall and never been sick except for those two occasions at supposedly upmarket restaurants
