The medical conditions are just not up to scratch. The emergency transport infrastructures are so non existant, the traffic alone would stop any ambulance getting to a hospital within minutes if needed.
Do not take a newborn or young or sick or elderly to Bali and expect the same treatment as here in Australia.
Would you forgive yourself if a sick person/child died in an ambulance because it could not get through the traffic??
