No problem for solo travelers. I used one of the vouchers for myself staying as a single in a room. We had a second free voucher which we used at the same time for a couple staying in an adjoining room.
I found 3 nights in CD to be terribly boring though. That's as long as we managed to stay for our week's worth of accommodation before heading back to Legian.
