dont go to any of the birthing facilities mentioned above the only person you should contact for help in bali post birth is kim patra a australian expat who has lived in bali for many many years after hearing some of the stories which do happen at the above mentioned places she will help you if you decide to go to bali and something happens as the previous posts also suggest bali is a third world country and the health care is basically crap you need to get outa there if there is a problem newborns can become very unwell in a matter of hours
