I guess my opinion is based on the fact that many people take young children to Bali and things like Dengue are a risk but for us all including toddlers. We choose: to take certain risks by traveling. There are many expats in Bali and some of these have babies born here. If you are taking a young infant breastfeeding is the beat protection but that doesnt mean there are no risks. Always make sure u have travel insurance and know the reputable international health clinics. All the best with the pregnancy.
