Its hot, dirty, the tap water is not fit for human consumption, its basically a third world country, traffic horrendous, loads of rats, a few rabid dogs, medical facilities are lacking, doctors a bit dodgy, Ive never seen an Ambo, chemists stocked with similar products but wouldnt pass aust standards.
Positives:
Awesome locals, fun, cheap, hot, loads of water sports, bintang, surf, satay, Nasi, massages, cocktails.
