The above is most sincere, however I doubt if I have ever heard a more ludicrous or selfish suggestion than yours on this forum.
Surely, as a parent, the baby's well-being is paramount, and to place the newborn at risk to the many and varied medical problems that can arise in a third-world country such as Bali, beggars belief.
I don't know of any health problems in Bali that can be prevented by mother's milk.
