Such a small baby - if breastfed should have all his/her mothers immunities. The key word is 'should'. personally I think he/she will be fine - BUT I would not do it!
Your baby is a 70 year lifetime living human being - and while everything should be OK, why risk an impaired start to life for such an ephemeral exparience. - Bali is NOT Australia. Medical services are poor in comparison, exotic infections are not uncommon. Why risk it!
