I suggested to Wayan last time that some people will be quite hungry if their pick up is a long way from the start and maybe to add to his website a suggestion to have something before leaving. From Sanur it was quite a while before breakfast as we picked people up along the way, the meal was buffet style (which was fried bananas and some others things like rice, fruit, noodles) On my last trip a young guy (in his 20's) made the travelling to the start miserable with his constant grizzling about having to wait so long to eat! The lunch at the end is really great.
