Medical conditions and is EXCLUSIVELY breastfed. Mothers' immunity from breastmilk will protect bub. It would be perhaps more risky with a toddler who puts things on mouth, crawls on floor etc. I'd take a newborn any day over a toddler. When bottle fed there are many more risks - lower immunity for bub, issues of sterilizing bottles, warm milk etc. Go and enjoy!! Maybe baby sling easier than a pram negotiating foot paths in Bali tho.
