that Lombok would learn from the mistakes of Bali. But it will not be so. The proposed development of the south is horrendous.
If anyone wants to capture the feel of Bali before rampant tourism, get over to south Lombok in the next year or so.
p.s. Snoopy, the glass on top of the walls is to keep out thieves, of any origin. Plenty of Balinese steal from Balinese, always have, always will.
