Stay here several times a year and cannot fault it.. (although it was much quieter before the Stadium Bar extended outside.. but in saying that it is still very quiet).
It is much cheaper to book through internet websites including their own and the price is excellent considering what you get there - service is fantastic, rooms are lovely. I had a fall one time on a wet floor that had no sign unfortunately and there was poor lighting - they laundered my clothes and got the hotel Doctor to check me out (no charge) and were very understanding and apologetic.
Can highly recommend this hotel for those wanting to spend some time in Kuta - I usually spend 4 or 5 nights there at the beginning or end of my trip then I head for the serenity of Ubud.
