I went past it a number of times over nearly 3 weeks last month and never saw any sign of it being open. I've also spotted it in the past when driving through that way and never noticed it open then either.
Unless it just always looks like it's closed up and has a secret magic front door? :)
I've been curious for a few years about what's actually in there.
