there in feb/march '12 and stayed on the second floor in a deluxe room, the bed was a king and the kids slept on a permanant day bed. the balcony was accessable climbing over the day beds and only had standing area for two of us. if you can afford it the kids suites are off to the right as you enter the recption and have a chill out pool that was quiet large. the music was not heard if your in the rear wings. we were in room 4216. if you need more info, pls email me.
