I always go to Indo once a trip to catch up with an old friend who works there. I called in for an early dinner, around 5pm a couple of weeks ago. Sat down at one of the front tables and was promptly ignored by all staff for the next 5 minutes or so. One girl was busy playing with a kid at the next table and made no attempt to acknowledge me. I looked around a few times trying to catch someone's attention. Sat there for what seemed like an eternity before I just got up and walked out.
Very disappointed. Especially as the service seemed to have improved a bit when I went last August and met one of the new owners, who was very friendly - and not in that 'fake best mate' way that Milton used to do.
