I've stayed there a couple of times, nothing flash, it has all the basics. The rooms are OK I've only stayed in the standard rooms so can't comment on the family, just remember it takes quite a while for the hot water to get running ! Breakfast is the usual eggs to order and a few side dishes! The bar/restaraunt shuts at 11pmish! The pool is wet and the Bintangs are cold! If you like Gloria Jeans coffee, 2 right turns and you are there, they are at the back entrance to Matahari (supermarket entry). Remember it' not 5 star!
