Saw this on offer in a menu at an Australian owned establishment in Sydney some years ago.
The thing is, many Balinese have a good command of several languages other than Bahasa however generally the average Aussie tourist to Bali takes the piss out of the Balinese's command of English spoken or written yet they can't even pronounce "Selamat pagi' correctly!
