Can any one tell me if they have had a refund for Air Asia for the flights. My sister inlaw booked on line and I don't think she used a credit card to pay for their trip they leave at the end of the month which is ok but there return flight is not and they still have heard nothing from the airline regarding booking them another flight with another carrier. They also paid last year for a trip in Oct this last Oct so they are wondering if they have lost all their money as they haven't been able to get answer from them.
