40 minutes should be fine as it will be a Saturday.
Last month, my taxi took me to the drop off point. There was only one trolley, not comandeered by the porters. I grabbed it and and had an easy 150 metre walk to the terminal under a covered walkway.
After the first security check (where you have to give up your trolley), there were more trolleys available to take your bags to the checkin counters.
