I had two pairs made a few months back. I took my prescription from Oz although an eye test can be easily done at the opticians in Bali. I used the shop on the ground floor at Hardy's in Sanur. It took about 3 days and I paid $125 for regular reading glasses and about $135 for some tinted reading glasses. I was quoted $400 plus in Oz for one pair.
