The Mercure runs a shuttle bus and think you would be able to be dropped off there. I'm trying to think of a landmark . It is on the opposite side to Picadilly not far from there. Used to stay at the same end of Sanur as Mercure but haven't stayed there for a couple of years and cannot really recommend any money changers there.
